Child Safety (CSAE) Policy
Last Updated: July 17, 2026
Because Sporter is an app that involves physical meetups and map-based location sharing, we are committed to ensuring child safety and enforcing a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content.
1. Age Limit and Prohibitions
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Furthermore, sharing the following content or actions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a legal offense:
- Any visual or textual content aimed at child abuse.
- Sports events, meeting points, or location shares that could put children at risk.
- Harassing or inappropriate advances toward minors.
2. Prevention and Auditing
We use the following methods to detect and block CSAE content and underage users in our app:
- Content Screening: Messages and other text fields are checked server-side for prohibited and threatening expressions.
- Manual Moderation: Our moderators carefully review the reported message and its sender account.
- Community Auditing: Message reports submitted from conversations are reviewed.
3. Reporting and Cooperation
When any suspicious situation is detected:
- The suspicious content is removed immediately, and the associated account is permanently suspended.
- Report records are retained securely, and we cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.
4. User Responsibility
You can report an inappropriate chat message by selecting “Report Latest Message” from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the conversation. This submits both the message and its sender account for review. For a suspicious sports listing or profile, contact us directly at info@sporter.life.
