Terms of Service (EULA)

By using the Sporter application, you agree to the following terms. These terms comply with the User Generated Content (UGC) standards of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

IMPORTANT: Accounts that share inappropriate content, create fake sports events, or harass other users will be permanently blocked after a review conducted within 24 hours.

1. User Generated Content (UGC) Rules

Sporter is intended only for people aged 13 or older. People under 13 may not create an account or use the app.

The following rules apply to any sports ads, chat messages, and profile photos you share within the app:

Sharing violence, hate speech, nudity, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
Fake, misleading, or dangerous sports event ads cannot be created.
Disclosing other users' personal information is prohibited.
For physical meetups, safety is entirely the users' responsibility. Meeting at public and safe sports facilities is required.

2. Moderation and Reporting

Sporter strictly follows a 'Zero Tolerance' policy regarding safety:

Users can report an inappropriate chat message from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the conversation by selecting “Report Latest Message.” The report submits both the message and its sender account for moderation review.
Users can block another user from the same three-dot menu by selecting “Block User.” Blocked parties cannot message one another or see one another's sports listings.
Messages, listing descriptions, and profile names are also checked server-side for prohibited and threatening expressions.
Reported content is reviewed by our moderators within a maximum of 24 hours.
Content that violates the rules is immediately removed, and the offending user is permanently blocked from the system.

3. Apple Health Integration

The application uses the Apple HealthKit API, with your explicit consent, to provide you with personalized health statistics. No data obtained via HealthKit will be used for marketing purposes.

4. Disclaimer

Sporter does not guarantee the safety or accuracy of sports events shared by users. The app is a matchmaking platform and is not responsible for on-field accidents or disputes.

5. Modifications

Sporter reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to users via this page.
